We were contacted the day of our tour and asked if moving the start time from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM would be a problem. When we arrived for our 2:00 tour the boat operator/tour guide indicated that due to a lack of participants, the owner would give us the option of canceling or joining the 5:00 PM tour. When we indicated to the operator/tour guide that we had already agreed to start time change and were now concerned that the 5:00 PM tour might also be cancelled, he called the owner and convinced him to honor the 2:00 tour time which resulted in us getting a private tour. The operator/tour guide displayed what customer service really is by first listening to our concerns, advocating on our behalf to the owner and providing us with an exceptional private tour. For those business owners who read this review, take note that customer service is not just being polite or pretending to be concerned or empathetic with the customers situation, but taking the necessary steps to provide an equal or better service experience or product.
