A great insight into the food and history of Lyon

Tone was a fantastic guide. He not only shared his love and knowledge of food and cooking but also a history lesson of why Lyon is such an important city for food for Europe. He started the day making everyone happy and comfortable. We were then off exploring old town ... charcuterie, quinelle, lyonnaise candy, and all things lemons, lime and mandarin An unexpected highlight for me was exploring a couple of troubles.
