Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta from scratch with a local home cook. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Riomaggiore. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

The best experience we had in Italy! Giulia was the kindest host and taught us to make incredible dishes. We loved ever second and will take our experiences back home to make homemade pasta!

This was a wonderful experience. I liked the small group environment. It was entertaining, educational, and very delicious! I can’t wait to go home and make my own pasta and tiramisu!

Barbara and Stefano opened up their home to my wife and I; we couldn't have had a better experience. They were both not only phenomenal chefs and teachers, but they were both warm and extremely enjoyable to talk to. We're grateful that we got the chance to meet them and learn from their Italian cooking expertise. The recipes we cooked were Barbara's family recipes and they were incredible. We would recommend anybody to take this class and would absolutely go back. Thank you again Barbara and Stefano for an amazing day!

Olta Giulia Was a wonderful host. We learned how to make pasta and she was patient and helpful. The tiramisu we made was excellent. I would recommend Giulia over and over. It was a great experience.

Exceptional, in every way. How to describe a breathtaking location/home; welcoming hosts allowing us into their personal space; paid for 3 hours, got 4; allowed us to tour their small farm, then there was the cooking lessons!
