Travel Agency and Supplier Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between [TravelOne Technologies Inc.] (“TravelOne”) and the Travel Agencies and Suppliers (“Partners”) who offer travel services through TravelOne. By using the TravelOne, Partners agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Booking Conditions
1.1 All bookings made through TravelOne are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the Partner.
1.2 Partners are responsible for ensuring that the travel services offered through TravelOne are accurate and up-to-date.
1.3 Partners must provide clear and accurate information about the terms and conditions of the travel services offered, including cancellation policies and any fees or charges associated with changes to bookings.
1.4 Partners must fulfil all bookings made through TravelOne in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to with the traveler.
2. Service Quality Standards
2.1 Partners must meet the service quality standards set by TravelOne, which include, but are not limited to, customer service standards, product quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
2.2 Partners must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their travel services, including any relevant licenses and certifications.
2.3 Partners must respond to customer inquiries and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
3. Commission and Payment Terms
3.1 Partners must agree to the commission structure set by TravelOne.
3.2 Payment to Partners will be made [Insert Payment Schedule].
3.3 TravelOne reserves the right to charge a [Insert Amount or Percentage] fee for the use of its platform.
4. Data Privacy and Security
4.1 Partners must comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4.3 TravelOne takes reasonable measures to protect the personal and financial information of travelers and Partners, but Partners acknowledge that the use of the internet and TravelOne platform carries inherent risks.
5. Liability and Indemnification
5.1 Partners are solely responsible for the provision of travel services and must indemnify and hold harmless TravelOne for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the provision of these services.
5.2 TravelOne is not responsible for the actions of Partners or travelers and shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of TravelOne or the provision of travel services.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 In the event of a dispute between a Partner and a traveler, the parties must attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration.
6.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation or arbitration, it may be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Termination and Suspension
7.1 TravelOne may terminate or suspend the listing of a Partner for any breach of this Agreement, for failure to meet service quality standards, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by TravelOne.
7.2 Upon termination or suspension, the Partner must immediately cease use of TravelOne platform and must return or destroy all confidential information in its possession.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada.
