Overview

With a unique guide, you can stroll around good old Ueno like a local friend and enjoy the izakaya and unique Japanese culture. Your guide, who is familiar with Japanese food culture, will recommend food and beverage options (included in the price) that you would like to try. *The difference from other tours! ・You will be accompanied by one guide per small group. (This prevents problems such as not being able to hear the guide). ・You will be able to enjoy the tour while understanding Japanese food, drinks, manners, and Japanese-style drinking parties. ・ During the tour, interesting explanations related to the Ueno area will be given during the tour. ・All guides are friendly. We have only professional guides for entertainment and dining in Tokyo. We will give you the best and most recommended spots and food for you. If you want to know the real Tokyo, make a reservation!

Itinerary

  • Atre Ueno (Pass By)

    We will meet in front of Starbucks at Atre Ueno (next to the station entrance)

  • Ameyoko Shopping Street

    We'll walk through Ameyoko Shopping Street and go to two izakayas. At the third stop, we'll have some delicious ramen. You can also enjoy souvenir shops, delicious snacks, fresh Japanese fruit, and an arcade.

  • Ueno Station (Pass By)

    The tour will disband in front of Ueno Station. It's almost the same place as the meeting place.

A trip with a wonderful guide

Sakura guided us around the local area perfectly! In addition to drinking, we also enjoyed local food, shopping, and playing games. Without her, we would have ended our trip at a mediocre restaurant without ever getting to know the real Ueno. We highly recommend this tour!

Special travel experience with the best guide

Taka is an excellent guide, with a wealth of knowledge and great attention to detail. It was an ideal trip for me as he took me to restaurants I wouldn't normally go to and ordered many authentic dishes. I'm really glad I made a reservation. Thanks to him, I was able to deeply experience the local culture and food. He also has a friendly personality and I was able to enjoy a good conversation with him. I would definitely like to ask him again next time.

It was a great tour through the Ueno area, which has lots of great restaurants, even though it wasn't crowded with other tourists. We were also very lucky to have our guide, Taka. He did a great job and guided us to some really nice places with great food while having very nice and interesting conversations. I definitely recommend a tour with him! Thank you Taka-san for a wonderful evening of food!

Sakura and Ran were amazing!! ✨ They made us so comfortable with everything, were so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and just overall great. I would definitely recommend this tour and would definitely take it again if I have the chance to come back. Definitely worth it!
