Itinerary

  • Jamaica National Gallery

Located on the Kingston Waterfront, the National Gallery of Jamaica (NGJ) was established in 1974 and is the oldest and largest public art museum in the Anglophone Caribbean. NGJ features a comprehensive collection of early, modern and contemporary art from Jamaica along with smaller Caribbean and international holdings. A significant part of its collections is on permanent view.

    1 hour

  • Bob Marley Museum

The museum is situated on the site of the legendary musician’s home, which he purchased in 1975. This house, featuring 19th-century architecture, was Marley’s home until his transition in 1981. It was converted into a museum six years later by his wife, Mrs Rita Marley. The main museum displays Marley’s personal treasures. The property also features a well-equipped 80-seat theatre, a photographic gallery, a record shop and a gift shop filled with a wide array of Bob Marley memorabilia. Relax and enjoy a sumptuous meal from the One Love Café or visst the gift shop for souvenir purchase . You will enjoy a sneak peek into every aspect of Bob Marley’s life.

    2 hours

  • Devon House

One of Jamaica’s most celebrated historic landmarks, the Devon House Mansion is the architectural dream of Jamaica’s first black millionaire, George Stiebel. Having gained his wealth from gold mining in South America, Stiebel was among three wealthy Jamaicans who constructed elaborate homes during the late 19th century at the corner of Trafalgar Road and Hope Road. This corner fittingly became known as the Millionaire’s Corner. The Devon House mansion is a beautiful blend of Caribbean and Georgian architecture, furnished with an expertly curated collection of Jamaican, English and French antique pieces and reproductions. The Mansion overlooks a vast expanse of perfectly manicured and lush, green lawns. Stiebel’s legacy lives on with the beautifully maintained Devon House, which was declared a national monument in 1990 by the Jamaica National Heritage Trust.

Road Trip to Kingston via new highway built. Cruise Excursion.

Published on Jun, 2024

Hands down this was one if the Best tours that was off the beaten path. Very family friendly. We were picked up at Port, traveled with a 2 year old, special needs adult and 5 other family members. Our tour guide Omar was absolutely amazing!! He was so flexible with meeting all of our individual needs from bringing us to authentic Jamaican restaurant to pointing out cannabis dispensary for purchase to getting our group back to ship early. Sooo, affordable. Thank you Omar!
