In this tour, we start early to beat the crowds! We visit Fushimi-Inari Shrine, Kinkakuji, and Arashiyama. ⬇︎PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY⬇︎ *This is WALKING tour that uses public transportation. This is not a bus tour. *The tour is APPROXIMATELY 5 hours, meaning it can differ by around 30 minutes before or after the estimated time. *Our guide will contact you through what's app so please download what's app prior to this tour. This is to enhance smooth meeting between the guide and the guests. *Please be at the meeting spot, 5 minutes early than the scheduled time. On pages 4 to 6 of our photos, we have attached further instructions. As we have other groups in the tour, we cannot accept any late guests. If you are late, YOU CANNOT JOIN the tour and will not be given a refund. *This tour has up to 8 people.

We enjoyed Risato's tour very much. It was nice to have the company of the other group members who were good fun.

Risato was an excellent guide with plenty of historical knowledge. She took photos for us, and knew the best spots. The tour included the Bamboo Forest which was really surreal and peaceful. The Golden Pavilion was spectacular. Risato also gave us local information and as she was a sake expert, recommended the sparkling sake to try, which was very nice.

Due to the other group canceling, it was just the 2 of us with Hiro. He was attentive and informative about our stops. We learned lots of interesting historical and cultural facts. Thanks, Hiro!!

Our guide Haruka was lovely. We were able to see all of the desired stops, and she even made personalized our tour based on our interests and previous days’ activities. Going early in the morning was great as it allowed us to minimize the crowds and maximize our experience at each stop. Definitely would recommend!

We visited Kiyomizu-dera the day before in the sweltering afternoon (with awful crowds), and decided thereafter to look at an early morning tour for the next day. I'm so glad we did! Fushimi Inari, Arashiyama, and Kinkaku-ji each were breathtaking, and SO much easier to enjoy without the crowds or heat. And our experience was really enhanced by our guide, Vincent, with his knowledge of each location and engaging personality! Highly recommend this tour, especially with Vincent, for any Kyoto visitors.
