Ramen Factory is the only restaurant in the world where you are able to make original ramen by your hand and enjoy its deliciousness. You will do... -Making Noodles  -Draining Noodles -Mixing the Soup -Roasting Chicken After enjoying your genuine ramen, you'll take home a souvenir. You can choose a souvenir " T-shirts", " Ramen bowl" or "J apanese Apron"! Vegetarian, Vegan, Muslim Friendly(No-pork, No-alcohol, Halal-chicken meat) courses are also available.

Itinerary

We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. This class has a gift-omiyage, you can choose one " T-shirts", " Ramen bowl" or "J apanese Apron"! Making noodles • Knead the flour • Roll out the dough • Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles • Boil the noodles • Drain the water from the noodles Chicken Garnish • Use a string to tie the chicken meat • Scatter the condiment and cook it • Slice the chicken to the length you want • We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup • We offer many types of broths so you can blend with each other • Different kinds of sauces to choose Finishing • Put the boiled noodles into the soup • Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

No Ramen No Life...in Kyoto.

The instructors were great. They were so much fun. We made our own noodles. The experience was wonderful, not to mention it was the best Ramen I've ever had. Can't wait to make Ramen at home now with the recipes we left with. They also give you 2 gifts. One head scarf that you wear during the class and a choice of a t-shirt or a Ramen bowl.

Making ramen was really fun! The staff was awesome and the skills we learned will actually be useful for us. We were a group of three- two adults and a 13 year old and everyone enjoyed it.

This was such a wonderful experience! Sakura was so kind, personable, knowledgeable and funny. I’m so sorry I forgot the names of the other two people who were there as well, but thank you as well for making it such a great experience. I had a blast!
