Our experience with Green Devil Safari was fantastic right from the start. When I first reached out to Fernando, the owner, he was super quick to help, which was great since I was traveling with my 85-year-old dad, my husband, and our teenage daughter and had special requirements . We kicked things off with the Northwest Terrace tour, and the real highlight was our guide, Luis. He made everything extra special, especially when he took us off-road at my daughter’s request. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the jungle-themed restaurant he took us to, with amazing pasta and freshly squeezed orange juice. Luise was always checking in on us, to ensure we’re having a good time. Besides showing us scenic spots, Luise was also helping us snap great photos. He treated us like family, especially my dad, and his driving was smooth and safe, while navigating tricky spots to get us the best views. We were so happy that we decided to take another trip with Luis to Madeira Peaks. Even though they were fully booked because of a cruise ship in town, Fernando somehow arranged another incredible day with Luise. Once again, Luis took us from stunning ocean views to mountain peaks, and he even brought us to a fantastic restaurant with a great ocean view for our lunch . Luis stay back in the jeep as my dad wanted to take afternoon nap , while we were enjoying a lovey lunch . This little gestures of Luis that made our trip so special. For a grand finale, he took us on an off-road adventure through a misty pine forest on the way to Pico de Arieira—it felt like a scene from a movie.
