Overview

This tour is not just about visiting famous spots. It also has all kinds of topics including Japanese culture, lifestyle, and language that are not felt in general travel. Our tour will be organized at Osaka castle(1.5h), Tsutenkaku area(1.5h), and Dotonbori street(2h). You can select Shitennoji-temple(famous for its 5-story pagoda) and Keitakuen-garden(Japanese garden) instead of visiting the Tsutenkaku area. We are always accepting changes if you want (it might cost an additional fee) Details of what you can experience during the tour are as follows (Some vary depending on the location you choose) - Learn Japanese manners - Try using simple Japanese phrases - Let's go around other tourist attractions. - Try traditional Japanese games (Kendama and Otedama) - Try Osaka's unique cuisine (of course, how to use chopsticks) - Let's pray at real temples and shrines in Japan - Enjoy shopping where local people normally use

Itinerary

  • Osaka Castle Park

    The first place I'll guide you to is Osaka castle. In this place, I explain not only the main castle but also around the castle including its history and shrine. Another thing we'll do is play with Japanese traditional toys and games.

  • Minami (Namba)

    You can choose from two options below as second location. This area is famous for the Eifel-Tower style tower called "Tsutenkaku". On the foot of it has a lot of bars and restaurants. This area is famous for its gigantic signboards and Osaka cuisine. You can eat food while wandering this area.

Yuta did a great job guiding me around Osaka castle and shinsekai market. He was super friendly and welcoming and had some really good food recommendations. He has some your options for other cities and will definitely be using him again when I come back.
