Overview

Have you ever thought about seeing Porto from another perspective? Embark on a private yacht and discover the unbeaten city from the waters of the Douro! The trip will start at Marina do Freixo, where you will be received with a welcome drink by our crew. This will be your starting point for a peaceful journey through the waters of the Douro. You will sail towards the mouth of the river, across the 6 bridges that connect the cities of Porto and Gaia. You will have the opportunity to observe the fascinating Ribeira do Porto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, from its waters. On the other side, you will find Gaia, where the cellars of the sublime Port wine are located. After crossing the Douro bridges, you will find the fishermen's village, São Pedro da Afurada, and Foz do Porto. You then arrive at the high point of the cruise, where you will face the entrance to the immense Atlantic Ocean. Were you excited? Take your private trip, with an exclusive captain and sailor, and get to know Porto in comfort, tranquility and a pleasant atmosphere.

  • Douro River (Pass By)

    Your trip along the Douro River will start at Marina do Freixo. Where you will be received by our team of professionals.

  • Ponte de Sao Joao

    We will sail towards the bridge of S. João, while you will be offered a refreshing drink.

  • Ponte D. Maria Pia (Pass By)

    We will pass under the historic bridge of D. Maria Pia.

  • Ponte Infante Dom Henrique (Pass By)

    We will pass under the Infante Dom Henrique bridge

  • Luis I Bridge

    After crossing the famous Dom Luís bridge, we will observe the majestic Ribeira do Porto, where it will be possible to take pictures with this magnificent passage.

  • Ponte da Arrabida

    We will sail under the Arrábida Bridge, one of the most emblematic constructions by the engineer Edgar Cardoso.

  • Promenade Foz do Douro

    After crossing the last bridge, we will come across the fantastic mouth of the port. There you will be served a tasting board of regional products, in order to enjoy this view in the best way.

  • Marina Do Freixo

    After enjoying the fantastic mouth of the Douro, we will start our journey back to the Marina in peace.

Delightful morning private boat tour

Very knowledgeable and respectful young gentleman! This was one of our favorite tours during our whole trip! From beginning to end, they paid attention to detail! A nice added touch with local wines and a delicious charcuterie board! Highly recommend

So good. Hosts were so friendly and really good with our two children giving them blankets and pillows. It was November but really hot and sunny so great to sit on front of boat and take in view. Food and wine was lovely too.

One of the highlights of our time in Porto!! Kika and Alex were the perfect combination boat captain/ guide. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The wine and charcuterie board were a nice addition to the sunset. Highly recommended. I would definitely ask for Kika and Alex again.

It was a great experience, the views, the food, the local wines were all fabulous. Gil & Ines were wonderful hosts, sharing their knowledge and love of Porto with us. One of the best things we did on our trip to Portugal. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time! Our hosts were awesome, fun and shared great stories, food and wine. We had to reschedule due to flight change and they were very accommodating. Private cruise with our group of 6 was perfect.
