  • Bamboo Forest Street (Pass By)

    The bamboo forest might be the main reason to visit Arashiyama, but with a host, you can see (and do) so much more. Explore Tenryū-ji Temple and its garden that stands unchanged from centuries ago, and exit into the seemingly endless, emerald-glowing Bamboo Grove, winding dreamily uphill. Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera & Gion

We had a really good time visiting the three places in Kyoto. Eko Heru was friendly and knowledgeable, and he brought us to places only the locals would know. And the timing was impeccable as we were able to catch the sunset view at Kiyomizu-dera, and had less tourists around. Overall, it was good company and we would surely recommend Eko to anyone who needs a private tour of Kyoto.
