Come and join the Marote Brothers, Ricardo, and Vitor, on their classic Jeeps. They have the passion and knowledge to offer safe guidance. Visit the famous attractions and see the hidden treasures of the island through the eyes of a local. Our guide will provide you with some historical information and will introduce the flora then enjoy a freshly cooked meal, and of course, let's not forget about the traditional Poncha. Itinerary

  • Pico do Arieiro

    The second highest point of the island, with wonderful views to both sides of Madeira. We will make our way to our next stop using less busy, narrow, and off-road roads. This will take around 45 minutes.

  • Ribeiro Frio

    This an excellent opportunity to discover the Trout Reserve. We will also guide you on a levada walk with amazing views of Faial. We will make our way to our next stop using less busy, narrow, and off-road roads. This will take around 60 minutes.

  • Santana

    We will introduce the beautiful, traditionally built Santana houses. This is also where we usually visit a local restaurant for lunch. We will make our way to our next stop using less busy, narrow, and off-road roads. This will take around 30 minutes.

    We will take a lovely walk with amazing views that will lead us to Guindaste, an amazing glass platform right above the ocean. We will make our way to our next stop using less busy, narrow, and off-road roads. This will take around 40 minutes.

Fantastic fun jeep safari trip!

This was our third jeep safari with Ricardo and he took us to some fantastic places with magnificent views. We missed out last time seeing the views from the highest point on the island due to low cloud. Today the sun was shining brightly and we had magnificent views in all directions. We also visited beautiful coastal locations and a hidden waterfall! Thank you Ricardo, our trip was 5⭐️
