Itinerary

During this activity, you’ll learn the art of sushi-making in a hands-on, fun environment with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. Guided by a local instructor, you’ll create various types of traditional sushi such as Temari, Gunkan maki, Nigiri, and Temaki sushi. As you progress, you’ll solve puzzles and take on unique challenges like crafting sushi pearls and building decorative sushi "boats." You’ll also get the chance to grate fresh domestic wasabi, enhancing your sushi creations. This is an entertaining, immersive experience where you'll not only make sushi but also enjoy the rich culture and traditions of Japan!

Learning to make sushi is super fun

Sushi factory with my family was heaps of fun. The food is delicious and you are taught how to make it in a very fun and engaging way. There are amazing views of Mt fuji here and a little Cafe on the third floor. I definitely recommend coming here for an unforgettable experience!!

Class was so fun with great quality ingredients. Staff have great energy and were super patient; the drinks and view upstairs is amazing! Perfect for seeing Mt Fuji!! Would recommend for a date night or a fun family experience while in town.

An immersive, hands-on experience. We learnt how to make 3 different types of sushi and some language at the same time. Upstairs is a cafe with stunning views, all the people are amazing and so kind/helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Super fun and friendly environment!! Sushi teaching was entertaining and a great way to learn. The sushi its self was fresh and good variety in type. Would recommend to go and great value for portions and the experience! :)

Went there with friends, and we had an amazing time! The staff were so kind and patient in showkng how to make our own sushi! Really recommended! Also, they have a beautiful view of Mount Fuji! Gonna cpme back to try and make ramen!
