Itinerary

【The activity is held at the Mt. Fuji store. Please be careful not to confuse it with the Kyoto store.】 We will guide you through the process of making ramen in an easy-to-understand way ,so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. This class has a gift-omiyage, you can choose one " T-shirts", " Ramen bowl" or "Japanese Apron"! To make the noodles, start by kneading the flour, rolling out the dough, cutting it into shapes, boiling, and draining the noodles. For the chicken garnish, tie the chicken with string, add condiments, cook, and slice as desired. We also offer tofu as a vegetarian or vegan option with advance notice. For the soup, choose from various broths and sauces to blend. To finish, place the boiled noodles in the soup, add toppings, and your dish is ready!

Had an amazing time making very delicious ramen!! We highly recommend, the teachers were very engaging and fun to talk to in both English and Japanese !! Well come back for sure !

An excellent time! Very attentive and well engaged staff, and the space is so pretty. Honestly, this was such a fun experience and they’re so encouraging to help you make your own ramen! Very excited to take these skills home and use them!

Came here completely by accident trying to kill some time before our bus, and had such an amazing time! Their house made chilli powder is so yummy, and I never knew making ramen noodles was this easy! A very unique experience in a gorgeous location. 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you Jojo and Sensei Keiko for their outstanding hospitality :)

Fun and delicious ramen making experience

Newly opened ramen making factory near Kawaguchiko station, we stumbled upon it while walking to the lake area, love ❤️ the warm hospitality. Both of them can speak English very well and made the whole process very fun. Our kids 5 and 7 thoroughly enjoyed it and the ramen we made was so delicious! Highly recommend this place!
