It was a wonderful experience, even though several places planned in the program were closed due to a major marathon. Our guide, Pomy/Faruk, showed great adaptability and tried multiple routes to reach those places. He took us to other stunning spots where we could capture the beauty of autumn and Mount Fuji.

Pomy is a very nice and professional person; he was on time for our appointment. We visited and saw Mount Fuji from a great viewpoint he recommended. He was an excellent guide; I learned more about the Hakone region. I had a wonderful day. I highly recommend him.
