We went on a private/custom tour led by Emanuel in March 2024, two parents age 57 and our son, 23. The weather forecast was terrible but we had no flexibility on the date and wanted to see the mountains. Emanuel was our guide and he was wonderful, made all the right decisions, and was super knowledgeable about plants, animals, the land and the people. We did not expect to be hiking down to a waterfall in the snow during our Portugal spring vacation but that's what happened. Highly recommended.
