Enjoy a 50-minute guided sightseeing tour aboard a wooden sailing ship. The tour includes an English audio guide available on speaker, as well as 12 additional languages accessible via the "Oslo Fjord Guide" app, which can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play.
During the tour, you'll be treated to stunning views of the city's harbor, as well as the lush green hills. You'll sail past the historic Akershus fortress and charming islands nestled in the inner part of the Oslo Fjord. Notable landmarks on the route include the Oslo Opera House, home to The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet ensemble, and the new Munch Museum.

Oslofjord (Pass By)
A 50-minute guided sightseeing tour by a wooden sailing ship. The tour gives a fascinating view of the city's harbor and the green hills. We pass the ancient fortress of Akershus and picturesque islands in the inner part of the Oslo Fjord.
We will pass The Oslo Opera House, housing The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet ensemble. The building has received many awards. You will also pass the new Munch Museum.
Snap some pictures of the gorgeous scenery, and marvel at the tiny houses that dot the many islands around the area. Pass through narrow sounds, idyllic bars, and small summer homes that make fjord life so vibrant.
Akershus Castle and Fortress (Akershus Slott og Festning) (Pass By)
This is a medieval castle in the Norwegian capital Oslo that was built to protect and provide a royal residence for the city.
It is not known exactly when the construction of the castle started but it is believed that it took place around the late 1290s, by King Haakon V
Oslo Opera House (Pass By)
s the home of the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet, and the national opera house in Norway. The building is situated in the Bjørvika neighbourhood of central Oslo, at the head of the Oslofjord.
Construction started in 2003 and was completed in 2007, ahead of schedule and 300 million NOK (~US$52 million) under its budget of 4.4 billion NOK (~US$760 million).
Munch (Pass By)
This is an art museum in Bjørvika, Oslo, Norway dedicated to the life and works of the Norwegian artist Edvard Munch was a creater of iconic paintings inclusive the most famouse one "The Scream"

The trip was cancelled on two days due to mist/fog but we managed to go on the Friday afternoon trip before our flight home. We are very glad we did as the trip was excellent. It was a cold day (obviously) but the blankets kept us warm with some warmth coming from the ‘Tilly’ lamps. The crew were excellent and friendly. There was an informative recorded commentary which was accompanied by some additional information (and quiz) from one of the crew. The views were stunning which were made even better as the late afternoon sun was just starting to set. We are so pleased that we made time to do this trip. Thank you to all involved.
