Itinerary

  • Mt. Fuji 5th Station

    Your first stop is Mt Fuji (10:45 am -11:25 am). We will drive up to the middle point of Mt. Fuji at 2,305 meters, the highest point accessible by car, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Fuji from above the clouds. If the 5th Station is unreachable due to safety reasons, we will pivot to Oshino Hakkai, an idyllic town with lakes formed from melted snow and underground springs.

  • Fujikyu Highland Permanently Closed

    We'll make a stop at Fuji Q Highland around lunch time, where you can enjoy either a buffet style lunch or light fare of bread and drinks, depending on the option you select. You can also arrange your own lunch if you choose the option without lunch.

  • Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway

    Head to the Panoromic Ropeway cable car! The cable car is connected to the top of the mountain at an altitude of 1,075 meters - you can reach the top in just 3 minutes! From the observation deck, in addition to overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, you also enjoy a superb view of Mount Fuji and the Southern Japanese Alps.

  • Ensoleille Excursion Ship Pleasure Boat Kawaguchiko

    If you make your way down the mountain, you can enjoy the Lake Kawaguchiko boat cruise. Set sail from Appare Pier and cruise under the Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge to swing by Unoshima, the only island in the Fuji Five Lakes.

    At Kawaguchiko, your tour guide will hand you your tickets for the ropeway, cable car, and sightseeing cruise, giving you the freedom to explore the area on your own.

Mount Fuji Trip

Our Mount Fuji trip was a fantastic mix of nature, culture, and hands-on fun. We visited Lake Ashi, where the views were stunning and peaceful, along with two other scenic spots that showcased the beauty of the region. A highlight of the day was taking part in a ramen-making class—it was both fun and delicious to enjoy the meal we prepared ourselves. The entire trip was well-paced, memorable, and a perfect way to experience Japan beyond the city.

So much to experience in 1 day.

This is an amazing experience. The tour guide Mike was incredibly sweet and gave us great history at the locations we visited. There is so much wrapped up into one day so be prepared. It is all beautiful and worth it but you will be exhausted at the end of the day so come well rested.

Great experience with Mr Hitoshi to see Mt Fuji. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We enjoyed the day. Unfortunately due to a road accident the tour was delayed getting back to Tokyo but he kept us informed all the way back. I can definitely recommend this tour if you have one day to visit Mt Fuji.
