Jam packed with interesting sites and info andell worth the cost and time

What a fantastic tour! José was a very knowledgeable, engaging and personable tour guide. He was always interested in my questions and willing to answer them. We covered a lot of places, but at a relaxed pace even when we explored the hilly Chiado and Barrio Alto.

We went on this tour with Pedro who is truly a remarkably interesting engaging and knowledgeable guide. There was a small group that spent over three hours together listening to a complicated painful and eventually joyous history of a country that finally become autonomous and independent. Pedro was truly remarkable. Skilled capable, funny and profoundly invested in Portugal’s history and potential. Truly a joy being with him.
