You will have the opportunity to Spend a full day exploring the authentic Crete and its mountainous villages with the comfort of luxury air conditioned vehicles, to become a part of its thousands years of history as well by having the chance to see from close up, all these significant sites and spectacular views, such as Knossos palace , Zeus's birth place and tour around these traditional villages and experience the methods of production of our "liquid gold" from the olives . Traveler pick up and drop off is offered We can pick you up from your hotel ,port or another location provided by us in the itinerary that is in and around Heraklion city, Gouves, Anissara, Analipsi, Chersonissos, Stalida , Malia. From the area of Agia pelagia,ligaria,sissi there is an extra transfer ... charge 15 euro per person or we can set up a meeting point near Heraklion . We can pick you up from Elounda , Agios Nikolaos or Rethymno if there are more than 6 people,if not we can set up a meeting point in Heraklion area or Malia area or if you book the Private tour option instead of the shared one .     Visit an olive oil factory to learn about olive trees and olives and their connection with Crete and about olive oil making the modern but also the old way.

  • Platanus Tree

    Visit and explore the authentic village of Krasi ,walk around the stone paved narrow streets ,meet the Cretan traditional architecture of houses ,see the oldest and biggest Platanus tree as well as the old aqueduct

  • Windmills Of Lasithi Plateau

    See the old windmills that used to pump out the water from underground to water their crops and also the others for grinding grains in order to produce flour.

  • Aposelemis canyon

    We stop near the Aposelemi dam to take some photos and enjoy great views

  • Kera Kardiotissa Monastery (Pass By)

    We pass by this beautiful and old monastery it takes about 7 minutes from our previous stop at krasi village

  • Mochos

    Pay a visit to this old village of Mochos with it's beautiful church and square .

We saw and experienced so much on this tour. We visited an olive oil processing plant, some mountain villages, a beach town, two monasteries, the Lesithi plateau, ate at a local restaurant, and toured the palace of Knossos. It was all fascinating. Our guide was really personable and fun and knew so much about Greek culture and history (modern and ancient), geography and botany. His communication style was really engaging. This was one of the highlights of our trip, can’t recommend highly enough.
