Great trip and good experience

Transfer from Hanoi was in a limousine bus, very comfortable, accommodation was very clean and comfortable, food was good and varied and cruise was good with some interesting stops and activities. Karaoke is an Vietnam obsession but it didn't go on late.

Amazing experience overall. Pickup from hotel direct to port. Excellent car service and drivers and staff. Five star service thru out the experience. The sight seeing is incredible. No photo can capture the nature that is Ha Long bay. Thank you so much to Tom our tour guide for an unforgettable experience

Everything was amazing! Loved the cooking class and Tai chi in the morning. Our tour guide Alex was very lovely and knowledgeable. Food was absolutely faultless, very generous serving sizes and we enjoyed every dish that was served. One thing - if you’re choosing the cheapest tour, put some time to find a transfer since it isn’t easy and the tour guides couldn’t help us the last day.

Awesome cruise

The experience was very well organized and we enjoyed every aspect of it! A day before pick up, you will get a message through WhatsApp to send your pick up address. The bus driver stowed away our luggage under the bus. The ride took approximately 3 hours from Ha Noi. Once you get to the harbor, you will be greeted by the host and he will instruct you on what to do. We all received watermelon juice as a welcome drink on the cruise and our host went over the itinerary. Everything was well planned and paced. My group and I did not feel rushed and we had fun every second of the excursions. They provided a lot of food options, even with diet restrictions. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The only thing we would suggest is cleaning the drain and provide conditioner. Checkout was very quick and easy. Our luggages were taken back to the harbor by the staff. Overall, we would highly recommend the cruise! The staff was very friendly and took good care of everyone.

The boat was lovely and very steady on the water. All staff were a pleasure to be with even though it was Lunar New Years Eve, they were in great spirits and made our trip unforgettable
