PICK UP TIME IS FROM 7:00am TO 10:00am. The depends on the time agreed with your tour guide. Guide will contact your group directly the day before your experience to nail down the exact pick up time and details! Travelers will be picked up from their hotels or their airbnb. ... Before the tour begins, be sure to pack a towel and shoes to walk or get dirty. You will enjoy a panoramic view during a one-hour drive from San Juan to Ceiba, PR with a certified tour guide. Itinerary

  • San Juan

    To begin our amazing adventure our guide will personally pick up at the travelers accommodation in the metro area. Pickups can be hotels, resorts, residences or airbnbs anywhere in San Juan, Carolina, Loiza, Canovanas, Luquillo, Rio Grande or Fajardo. The day before the excursion, the tour guide will be communicating with the travelers for exact pick up time and other details. This schedule goes from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The earlier we start the better, to avoid bigger tour groups that arrive from other companies.

    30 minutes

  • El Yunque National Forest

    Our certified tour guide will lead you through this beautiful hidden gem in the rainforest of "El Yunque" in this area you will explore through the muddy clay trails and the lushes green of the rainforest. We will arrive at Las Tinajas Falls depending on previously scheduled pick up times by your personal tour guide. The hike is about 1.5 miles in total and will take about half an hour to arrive to the first bathing area. The guide will talk about the Taino life in the rainforest, the beautiful plants that grow around and show you the incredible bathing areas hidden in paradise. In these bathing areas you will be able to spend 1-2 hours swimming around, rope swinging into the deep rainwaters, sliding through a natural waterslide and/or jump from a 30 foot cliff! All these things in one incredible area in Puerto Rico. We will stay here until 1-2pm and afterwards stop around in some of the nearby restaurants to grab a bite to eat!

  • Playa Luquillo

    After our amazing hike, its time for some food! If the group and the tour guide wish, a stop will be made at this beautiful beach that is home to some 25 kiosks that are all located in the best restaurants in Puerto Rico. In this strip you will have the opportunity to try authentic Puerto Rican dishes and drinks like our famous mojitos or "piña colada".(lunch costs not included). In turn, you can enjoy the beautiful view provided by one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and have the opportunity to bathe in one of the most iconic beaches on our beautiful island. We will usually arrive by 2-3pm and leave by 4-5pm.

    Back to your accommodation! Once the experience is over, each member of the group will be taken back to their accommodation directly by the tour guide.

I booked this for my friend because I had to work and she had the best time. The tour guide was so kind and knowledgeable. A must do in Puerto Rico!

I highly recommend this trip. We were a mother daughter duo, and it was a great bonding experience for us. I cannot say enough about our guide, Carlos. He was prompt, knowledgeable, interesting, fun, warm and all the good things. He made our trip. He picked us up early and we avoided traffic on the roads and traffic in the rainforest and after our hike and adventure, he took us to a restaurant for an authentic Puerto Rico meal. The hike was challenging at times. A certain degree of being fit and not scared was required...although Carlos said he adjusted his trips when there were some not able to keep up. We climbed rocks, went down water slides, had the choice of jumping form 10-15 or 20 foot cliffs and rope swang. Wear good shoes, that you don't mind getting dirty.

This was a great adventure and the true highlight of our first trip to Puerto Rico. Our guide, Carlos, was friendly, entertaining, and outspoken about his goal that we could trust him. We did trust him and we had a blast! My husband and I are each active 65 year olds, and although the hike was challenging, it was quite manageable. We wore old sneakers and bathing suits under our clothes and got very muddy. We jumped off a cliff into the water, we dropped off of a rope swing and we came down a rock “water slide.” I was worried about the slide but came away without a scratch or a bruise. Lunch on the way home was great and by that time, we were hungry! I recommend the tour limited to 6 people - Carlos had time to accommodate each of us. I would happily do it all again.
