Enjoyable day trip

Very enjoyable day trip. Rupert was a great guide, patient with us and took time to provide us with a mix of history, cultural information and fun facts. Good communication around pick up times etc. We had plenty of time to swim in the river and hang out at the beach and did not feel rushed. Note that there is no hiking involved.

Great experience for all ages

Rafael was our tour guide, he picked me and my daughters up at the Fairmount hotel in San Juan. Bus was clean and air conditioned. He was very informative and very friendly, and gave us our itinerary so we all knew what exactly to expect during our trip. Our first stop was the Yokahu tower, overseeing the whole rainforest and mountain areas, which was about 90 something steps up, which wasn’t bad for my and my kids (I have an 11, and a 7 year old). Pictures don’t do justice to show how beautiful it was. then after that we went to see coco waterfalls which was also beautiful. Then, we went back to the bus and headed to the rainforest. During the ride he was giving us a run down on what to expect and information and history about the rainforest via intercom which was nice. When we arrived, we walked through the rainforest while Rafael was showing us species of plants and trees and more history about PR. Weather wise it was beautiful and not too hot. After about 10 minutes of walking, we arrive at the river which was my kids favorite out of the rainforest walk, water was clear and cool and we swam with the fishes! he let us enjoy the river for 30 minutes then our last stop was Luquillo beach, which was very beautiful, and they also had many places to eat and many shops to buy souvenirs. We spent two hours there, then got back on the bus to get taken back to the hotel. Overall fun, and informative, me and my kids loved it! Would definitely recommend and would do this excursion with Rafael again !

I have been on this tour twice. Rafael is awesome. Very knowledgeable and is a very fun tour guide. I would highly recommend this tour and all others from Puerto Rico access tours. I will definitely book again when I visit puerto

Rainforest and Beach

My wife and I really enjoyed the tour of the rainforest and beach. We especially enjoyed our tour guide, Rafael, as he was so attentive to the group and willing to take photos. This young man called us the morning of the trip to confirm meeting place and time and was so much fun and very knowledgeable about the history and the rainforest. Thank you Rafael for the driving and overall experience, Dave & Kaori from Chicago!!!!

We are on our Honeymoon and this was perfect. Rafael our tour guide was by far amazing and went above and beyond for our group. He was full of knowledge and always had us laughing.
