Buses stop at specific hotels depending on the area. For people staying in the Old San Juan ... area, the pick-up location is Plaza Colon. Keep in mind pick-up times are approximate. Tour buses start doing the pick-up at 9:00 am; depending on your location, it will be later. The driver will be calling you by your name. Please have your ID ready when boarding the bus. Amazing trip

Jose is very knowledgable, energetic, and helpful. Even with rain, he makes the experience pleasantly enjoyable. I personally enjoyed the history lesson given to us as we made our way to the forest. He also gave us amazing recommendations for other attraction’s and restaurant’s to visit, of which were also amazing.

Our guide Jose was great! He was very informative and helpful. The natural water slides and pools in the forest were amazing! The stop at Luquillo Beach was also fun. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely take this tour again. Thank you :)

Great experience with beautiful scenery

We had a great time on this trip. Vincent was a great guide. Made sure everyone was safe and used precautions. We took our 8 year old with us, only kid on our tour, and he made sure she was taken care of. Personally held her hand as we were going back up the mountain. Make sure and have closed toe shoes with good tread.
