We were very fortunate to book Hugo for our tour. Our group of 5 ranged in age from 25 to 85 and he provided a memorable experience for all of us. Hugo communicated several times before the tour date and planned the perfect excursion for our late afternoon arrival. Hugo picked us up as planned in Regua where our Riverboat parked for the evening. He took us on a great tour of the area and to a wonderful wine tour at Quinta Santa Eufemia. Hugo provided us with lots of interesting facts about the area, answering all of our questions. His outgoing personality and passion to provide the best experience has given our group memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Hugo!

Incredible experience! A tour not to miss. Hugo was friendly, informative and truly made our tour memorable. Hugo planned the tour perfectly. We visited a local pastry shop, two one of a kind vineyards, local lunch and completed the tour sipping great port on a river cruise. It was an amazing experience! Highly recommend.

A Day With Hugo/Fantastic Guide in Porto and Surrounding Area

Hugo is the very best! He is kind, thoughtful and very responsible. Great sense of humor. Our tour of the Duro Valley involved tasting rooms, fab lunch, lovely boat ride on the Duro. He made reservations for us for both dinner (s) as well and lunch both of which were in Porto neighborhoods rather than typical tourist dining establishments. A day with Hugo is a day filled with sunshine (it was sunny but I imagine he’s that way even in the rain!). Gratefully we have him again tomorrow for a city tour!
