Great way to begin our Japan vacation!

Haruo Takagi was our guide and he was amazing. We did the tour on our first day in Tokyo. It was a great way to orient ourselves to the city and get the lay of the land. He even helped us get our Shinkansen tickets. His demeanor and style were calm and knowledgeable. We are super grateful for this fabulous start to our Japan trip.

Our guide Tetsu was amazing, he customized the trip not only before bur during our exciting day in Tokyo taking into account our interests, preferences, hunger, tiredness etc. we got great overview of Tokyo, plenty of classics but also less touristic gems and valuable advices about the rest of our trip in Japan

Tatsu was the best guide we could have asked for. He contacted us beforehand to ask for preferences then put together a wonderful day for us. He explained about Japanese customs, history and language and really brought the city to life for us. A wonderful day. Highly recommended.

We are a family of four, in Japan for ten days, and had a full day with Tatsu Nakayama, probably the best guide we’ve ever had. Tatsu provided us with a brilliant introduction to this vast and diverse city. We covered 11km on foot, made a bus trip and several metro journeys, seeing the city’s most important shrines and temples and the beautiful gardens of the royal palace. As well as being clever and full of information, Tatsu is just a lovely, gentle man, with superb English. Over our nine hours together he spe me nt time talking to us all individually as well as guiding us as a group. His excellent communication started two weeks before we left for Japan when he sent a WhatsApp message introducing himself as our guide for the trip and asking us what special requests we had. This led to him taking us to see one of the public toilets featured in the smash hit film Perfect Days, at my wife’s request. He said it was a first. Tokyo is an amazing city, vibrant, cultured and full of good food. The people are friendly and so polite. Tatsu was the perfect person to introduce us to its highlights.

Nak tailored the tour to the districts I wanted to go to. It was great, as I got to learn about Japanese culture along the way. Which is what I came for. Also had a fan sushi for lunch!
