  • Our cancellation policy is below;
  • Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time the paid amount will not be refunded.
  • If your tour is canceled due to bad weather, you will be eligible for a full refund. Or you have the opportunity to reschedule depending on availability.
  • Due to the nature of operating mechanical parts, when we reach the maximum capacity of booking we may need to amend or adjust bookings depending on kart availability.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the correct/valid documents for driving in Japan, failure to do so will result in denial of participation without the possibility of a refund. The professionalism, positive attitude, patience, understanding, politeness and arrangement of the tour by Marge, Leo, Kenny and Alice on 27 Nov 2024 1pm exceeded my expectations. They all spoken very fluent englsh which really helped. The shop, costume, etc were all well maintained and clean. Everything was well explained and organised. Not only did they look after us well but the non-driving accompanied passenger too. I am very impressed and appreciative of all their effort and care. Also very impressed with their coordination and communication skills amongst themselves - They had a lead car in the front, a back vehicle (e.g. block traffic behind us so we can all change lane quickly and safely) and a motorcyle to ensure we won't get lost throughout the tour. During the tour, they took many good quality and well-angled photos and videos where possible and shared them via google drive (if you would like to receive them) within 12 hours. They made safe stops to ensure we are all ok. Will not be surprised to do the same route again with those amazing staff if I visit Tokyo again. Have been recommending this tour to my friends who may consider this experience. A big thank you to Marge, Leo, Kenny and Alice for making this tour so enjoyable and memorable.

Japan Kart was a great experience. The team there are fantastic. They are friendly and explained everything clearly. They go above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and operate the Karts safely and within the rules. The scenery and destinations are fantastic too! An amazing experience, and I will be booking on another tour in rte future!

The best experience! Would recommend that you try this while you are in Tokyo. You get to dress up as characters and drive around the streets of Tokyo. They take photos throughout the experience too.

5 stars! I did my research and compared the many different Go Kart options in Tokyo and decided to go with JapanKart. It was such a super fun and uniquely Japan experience! I was impressed with how clean and well maintained the Go Karts were. Great selection of costumes in excellent condition. Staff looked after us so well and it was very well organised. I loved how they made a lot of effort to help us to photos and videos. Must do activity in Japan!
