Overview

*** This is an offical product of Grupo Xcaret *** Spend a day in paradise at Xcaret, an eco-archaeological park located in the Riviera Maya. Discover an underground maze of rivers where Mayans once prepared for ceremonial rites, frolic in a lagoon, and snorkel in clear Caribbean waters. Keep your eyes peeled for birds, butterflies and monkeys as you wander the lush forested grounds and visit archaeological sites. When the sun goes down, settle in for a spectacular show of lights, music and dance highlighting Mayan history and culture. Convenient pickup and drop-off from most Cancun hotels are included. The Plus Ticket includes buffet, one beer and access to Plus facilites.

*** This is an official product of Grupo Xcaret *** 1. During the booking process, please select your pick up location, then select the radio button that says "Please pick me up at" and select "I don't see my pick up location" from the drop down box, then enter the name of the hotel in the box below so you can easily locate your hotel. 2. If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to enter your exact address including street name, street number, house number, county, postcode and city. 3. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes. 4. To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date. 5. The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will call out the name of the tour. 6. Upon pick up, please present your printed or digital voucher, photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase to board the bus and receive a wristband to enter the park. 7. You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location. Notes: a. Please let us know if you do not require transport. b. We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest, as some hotels have policies that do not allow visitors onto the premises. c. If you do not have a hotel at the time you purchase your ticket, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate your pickup with us. d. Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.

Children's prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children's fare. All children under 3.2 feet (1 metre) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable, lightweight clothing, walking shoes or trainers, biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothes.
Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge.
Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and change.
Pick up is from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pick up time will vary depending on your hotel location. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Best Decision when Returning to Mexico

My husband and I have been to Mexico a couple of times. Our 9-year old son finally wanted to go with us. We took him. We incorporated a couple of different tours/excursions into our trip for him. This was the highlight. We LOVED everything about Xcaret. It is literally a outdoor person's perfect amusement park. It has culture, cenotes, river cruises, unique animals, snorkeling, and just about anything else you can think of. Everything is well-thought out and wonderful. It was full day. I am glad I booked the transportation to and from our resort and stayed for the cultural night show. The show was phenomenal. WE all loved it!

We stayed at the Royal Cancun. And our bus ride over there was fun. Our tour guide was very funny and gave us good tips on what to chose as our events at Xcaret.

So much fun and very easy! The bus picks you up and takes you to the drop off. They walk you in so you can access your tickets. You will get talked to about doing upgrades, I recommend paying the for the dinner with the shower. It is lovely! Then at the end of the night hustle on our and find a person in a red shirt and they will direct you to your tour bus and on your way you go!

Truly amazing park…Our family had a blast! We were debating between visit Tulum or Xcaret. I’m happy that we selected Xcaret, because it was very hot (June 2024) so we were able to enjoy the nice cold river water.

The entire day was awesome! The Dolphin experience, the Sea Trek and the river floating were all so much fun! The Dinner was excellent and the Cultural show was the best I have ever seen. ❤️ loved it all and highly recommend!!!
