Roundtrip transportation is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a central meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If you are staying in Tulum, Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, pickup is from a meeting point. Pickup point for all Bahia ... Principe guests is at Hacienda Doña Isabel - Bahía Principe complex is consists of 5 hotels, so it's five different lobbies. We schedule the departure from one meeting point for the whole complex, which is only a few minutes walk away from each lobby. If your hotel is not listed please leave us a note with your hotel name to confirm your pickup time. Mr. O was a great tour guide! He was funny and was easy to talk to. The experience was 4 hours long but time flew by! I recommend this experience to spend time away from a resort!

Mr O was amazing . The experience was worth every penny. A lot of activities. I recommend brining a water bottle because they don’t offer water with food.

Honestly this is a must do !!! First time and Mexico and when we come back we are definitely coming back! Hopefully yall get mr,O if yall visited he made the experience the best first time experiences ever. He have so much energy and his confidence and experience will rube off on you. Even if you feel like you can’t do it trust me you can. He make the experience both safe and fun. Walking past other groups I say they paired us with the best tour guide!!!
