After arriving at Cancun International Airport, you will go through immigration, collecting luggage, and customs. The drivers were very on time both from the airport and from the hotel. We arrived 30 min early, and followed the instructions to find someone with the light green uniform who took care of the transportation tight away.

Easy to find on arrival near the bar. Very short wait for the shuttle. Return pick-up was on-time. Comfortable rides and friendly people. What more could you ask for.

This was our first time using Happy Shuttle. Roldofo made our trip seemless getting to our hotel. Best part was Roldofo LOVES music and our entire ride to the hotel was spent talking about different bands.
