Please don't trust this BD experience. We got this assigned by Costco travel for our Cancun, Mexico resort stay at Wyndham Grand. We booked for 8:30 am for 7 people with one 2 months old baby. They didn't show up until 9 pm. They didn't even pick up our line. So we booked Taxi paid 90$ to back to as airport otherwise we would have missed our flight. Please note that last year we visited Cancun using Costco booking. BD service was ok. But still they came late last year. Please avoid booking this people. Please recommend Costco to tie with any better companies.
It was ok. Nothing to write home about. You go over by boat, walk a short distance to the beach area, spend a few hours, go back. Quite relaxing time. Now bring everything, food, drinks, sunscreen, beach blankets, towels. Sometimes there is a little place to buy drinks and snacks. Cheaper to bring your own.
From start to finish, our Cabo girls trip was amazing! The service was top-notch, and every moment felt like a luxury experience. Pablo went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met - always friendly, welcoming, funny, and very professional. Omar Morales from Only Riviera Transportation was amazing!!!! He texted me every time to verify reservations one day prior. he made it special for our visit by having a sign with our name on it, he went above the rest when we were suppose to get three sparate shuttles and instead he got us one bus so we were all together.
Efficient and clear correspondence with Jesse and Ena for a private residence transfer to Valle De Guadalupe led us to meet a true gem- Tony. The company and Tony established the best way to communicate and details the night before our trip. Tony was very professional, communicated consistently, and was punctual. He is very knowledgeable on where to go and what to do but especially for food and wine. Tony made great recommendations based on our needs and we were very impressed. Visiting Teotihuacan was a dream, and thanks to Noah, it was unforgettable. Before my trip, he promptly answered all my questions, making me feel at ease. Noah picked me up on time and shared fascinating insights about Mexico City’s history and culture during the drive. His storytelling made the journey fly by. At Teotihuacan, his passion and deep knowledge brought the pyramids to life—I even asked if he was an archaeologist! I had an incredible experience, learned so much, and was not disappointed. I highly recommend touring San Juan Teotihuacan with Noah—a memory you’ll always cherish.
It was a top notch experience, a life time memory for our family. Our captain and his assistant Gabby took very good care of us. Made sure everyone was comfortable, and tended too. We toured southern coast of PV, made a few stops along the way, ended up at beach for a few hours had lunch n cocktails then headed back.
We went to Tulum specifically to see the ruins, my wife is disabled and cannot walk more than 100 metres. Non of the tour operators would take her. Tulum itself is a shanty town with some nice restaurants, incredibly expensive parking and constant load 'music' as one venue tries to be loader than the next. Unless you are a young partying person without a car don't go.
This company appears to be a scam! Just arrived in Cancun and they have no cars today even though we booked a reservation over a week ago. They say to come back in 24 hours? We are now out $150 on a cab ride. No refunds and no help on site just too bad. What a start to vacation!
