Overview

This is a semi-private which means a maximum of 6 people in tour, so you will have a private vehicle and all the attention you need to enjoy your trip with a five-star service. This experience will give you the advantages to truly enjoy the tour instead of the big bus tours where you have to follow a strict schedule. So relax while we discover the history of the Chianti region, visit the Fortress of Montalcino and a beautiful boutique Winery family owned. You will taste amazing wines and delicious Tuscan products like Pecorino cheese, Bruschetta, Salame and Virgin olive oil. You will also enjoy a private tour of the historic cellar and learn about the wine production process in a charming atmosphere . All the tour is performed by a licensed tour guide that will make you feel like a local.

    Introduction to Sienna's History by a Licensed Tour guide before visiting a secret Underground Medieval cave dating back to 600 BC.

  • Castellina In Chianti

    Our next stop will be an amazing organic Winery family owned since 1904. Here you will experience the atmosphere of the Chianti region surrounded by a breathtaking view over the Tuscan hills. In addition to the wine tasting and cellars visit, enjoy a delicious Tuscan Lunch with products like Pecorino cheese, cold cuts and homemade pasta.

    We make a stop in the medieval village of Montalcino, Here you will visit the fortress with boundary walls enriched with towers, with the imposing fourteenth century fortress that offers one of the most beautiful views onto Val d’Orcia. During your free time you will have time also to visit the many shops offering Brunello di Montalcino wine.

    Enjoy beautiful rolling hills and the the Unesco site of Val d'orcia, where the Gladiator movie scene was filmed.

  • Pienza

    Next stop will be the picturesque town of Pienza and val d'Orcia with impressive landscape to admire and the “Touchstone of Renaissance Urbanism.” Considered an artistic jewel of the landscape of Val d’Orcia, Pienza is a perfect combination of architectural beauty and harmony. Pienza’s most renowned tradition is Pecorino cheese.

Very enjoyable wine tasting tour

Our guide Morad was really friendly and informative, had a short stop at Monteriggioni first to walk round the castle and then onto the Lornarno winery for the tasting. Lovely tour and enjoyed their wines and snacks Highly recommended 3hr trip from Siena!

I travelled to Chianti Classico from the US to drink one of my 2 favorite Italian wines in the region it is produced. Wonderful experience to be on the vineyard. The views and sites going and coming were a treat.
