Please, meet your driver beside the entrance of "Cantina Antinori", outside the building" at 08:00am, on the corner with via del Trebbio. Clients can be dropped in Montepulciano or Montalcino, please let us know as soon as you make your reservation.

  • Florence (Pass By)

    08:00AM: Meet our English speaking driver and let's the tour begin!

  • Montalcino

    09:45AM: The first stop will be in a great winery in Montalcino... The winery is owned by a local family and, talking with them, you will not have the feeling to visit their work place but their home instead!...You will know everything about Brunello di Montalcino: the vineyard techniques , the wine making process, its ageing and ,off course, how to appreciate it by drinking different vintages!

  • Fortezza di Montalcino

    11:30AM: Enjoy a quick stop of 15 minutes to enjoy the castle di Montalcino and its tiny city centre.

  • Historic Centre of the City of Pienza

    12:15PM: Arrived to Pienza, a Papal village famous for its Pecorino cheese, you will have the chance to enjoy a superior lunch in an ex convent of the XV century and some free time. An amazing 3 courses meal wich include wine and water will be served in a colourful garden with a stunning view of the Val d'Orcia! (available April to October included, in winter the lunch will be served inside) Following the lunch you will have free time to discover the lovely town of Pienza where you can appreciate the historic centre, enjoy the view points and visit the famous cheese shops!

  • Montepulciano

    2:45PM: Here there we will be guided through an historical cellar called "The underground city" which is located downstairs of a local wine shop. At the exit from the underground city you will be greeted by a tasting of wine and other food specialities. Before leaving we will make sure you have enough time to visit the main square, placed on the top of the town, from where you can take the last pictures!

We enjoyed the wine tasting and the towns we visited. Our driver Luca was very nice and also gave us plenty of information about the cities and made the trip amenable.

Our driver made this tour the best experience. He was fun and talkative. The first stop wine tour was just ok. The wine was great however the tour was mediocre. The second tour was phenomenal! The site, tour and tasting were off the chart great. The wine was even better.

There were four of us on the tour. Two people we didn’t know and myself and my daughter. Our tour guide was a very nice older gentleman. The tour sequence was well thought out and not particularly rushed. I do wish that we had more time to explore in the little cities. Even 10-15 minutes would be great. The place we went for lunch had amazing views but the food was only ok and the service wasn’t great. We asked to have our table moved one over but they refused stating that all the empty tables were reserved. When we left all the tables were still empty. I’d recommend that the tour company pair up with a different restaurant.

This trip was much much more than we could have expected. Simona was awesome! The trip was interesting and insightful. We got to view the countryside and drink fabulous wine. Oh, and eat pretty fabulous food as well. If you are considering this trip, just do it, just do it. You will not be disappointed!

Good trip for anyone, great for wine lovers

Greet trip if you like wine and sightseeing. The Tuscan countryside is as beautiful as you imagined it. Simona was our driver and she was great. Fun, lots of interesting information made the long drive seem shorter than it was. Having lunch in Penza was a good break between tastings.
