Overview

A heaven for wine lovers: situated just south of Siena lies the land of some of the best Italian wines: Brunello di Montalcino and Nobile di Montepulciano. Based on the clones of Sangiovese, some of the most collectible and popular wines in all of Italy are produced here. Most of the tour takes place in the scenic views of the rolling hills of Val dā€™Orcia: a natural World Heritage Site protected by Unesco. Meet the producers and enjoy their wines.

Must do, great value, awesome experience!

Luca was awesome! He was great with communication prior to our trip and was very timely arriving on the day of the tour. We traveled in a nicely appointed and brand new Mercedes van (really nice). He took care of everything and took us to authentic wineries. The wineries had incredible views. He said every day he canā€™t get the same locations but he took us to wineries where we met the owners. One of the locations, the owner spent over an hour with us sharing his process and tasting wine. The drive was through incredible countryside including traversing several medieval towns Luca is more than a driverā€¦ he shares cultural info, history, art, and even a few jokes. Very good experienceā€¦ this was a great value for us.

Wonderful day spent touring the countryside of Tuscany. Stopped a toured the town of Montalcino and spent lunch at a Brunello winery followed by a tasting at Montepulciano

Most amazing wine tour we could have asked for. Better than we imagined . Our driver Nunzio was very informative, drove us safely, and was fun to be around . The wineries they chose were perfect. A bigger scaled one and a smaller vineyard. Both had amazing wines and we ended up shipping bottles home. Highly recommend if you want an unforgettable and unique experience of the beautiful landscape of Tuscany .

We had a group of 10 so we had the pleasure of spending the day with both Luca and Nunzio. They were knowledgeable and personable and you can tell they enjoy educating others about their culture and history. The wine was amazing and we ended up shipping several bottles home from each stop. Iā€™d highly recommend this tour!
