Tuscan Cooking Class. Cooking Class of traditional Tuscan meal from starter to dessert including a fresh home-made pasta at the end of the lesson dinner with all prepared accompanied with Chianti Wine. The maximum number of customers per lesson 15 people. The school has applied all the legal regulations for sanitizing from Coronavirus. The school provides customers with everything necessary established by current safety standards (masks, gels, etc.). Itinerary

Join our Tuscan cooking class in Siena. The school was the first in Siena, founded in 1996. The lessons will be held by Francesco, the owner of the cooking school, that has always been a passionate lover of traditional tuscan family recipes, coupled with only the healthiest and most authentic local ingredients. Francesco teaches how to prepare a full Tuscan menù from starter to dessert including a fresh home-made pasta. The menu is not always the same, but every time we prepare 5 recipes, find an example below. Of course we can choose between various starters, soups, fresh pastas, like, ravioli, gnocchi and pici, with related condiments. For example, there can be a main course of meat with side dishes. Desserts can be typical from Tuscany, or typical of other Italian regions.  At the end of each lesson, the meal is served with the food prepared during the lesson, together with a ¼ per person of excellent Tuscan IGT wine. The group lessons are in ENGLISH On request and only for private lessons, we can offer other languages (french, german, spanish, japanese, chinese, russian). Authentic Tuscan cooking class

We absolutely loved this authentic Tuscany cooking class. The chef was fantastic and the food that we ate at the end of the class outstanding.

Both Francesco and Julia were absolutely wonderful to learn from. Although I speak Italian fluently, it was not a necessity. The recipes were written out and easy to follow. They used simple ingredients that could easily be found once we return to the states, fortunately. I highly recommend this event. Preparing the food was interesting which culminated in eating the food we prepared. Everything tasted delicious! We also enjoyed chatting with our fellow classmates from Australia.

This fun, informative class was a trip highlight. We had excellent instructors who showed us how to make Tuscan soup, pick with h an easy and delicious sauce, meat w/shallots, and almond Christmas cookies. Recipes are easy enough to make at home, with simple ingredients. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Lella has retired, the cooking classes are now run by her successor Francesco, but don't let that deter you, Francesco did a great job running the class, in both Italian and English, with support from a translator when needed. Everyone was encouraged to have hands-on participation in the cooking, it was a lot of fun. The food we prepared included a Tuscan soup with bread, hand-made pici pasta and a sauce to go with it, and panacotta. There was plenty of wine to accompany the meal when the cooking was done. A very enjoyable afternoon and evening!
