Overview

Watch orcas, gray, and/or humpback whales in their natural habitat on this high-speed whale-watching safari along the British Columbia shoreline. This 4-5 hour tour includes pick-up from your accommodation, such as hotels, private homes, and Airbnbs in Vancouver. A very professionally trained naturalist and guide will explain the local ecosystem. The chances of seeing a whale are around 95 percent. Departing from Downtown Vancouver (Granville Island) aboard a custom-built 95-person, express cruiser, this adventure will take you on a 4 to 5-hour, fully-guided whale watching & marine wildlife viewing tour. ***Cancellation of 4 or more guests must be made within 48 hours before the tour starts.

I think the whales paid to see me!

This was my very first tour I ever booked on my own, and it was a thousand times better than I ever could have imagined. The whales came right up to our boat and were even spraying us! The staff was so kind that even if we didn't see whales, it still would have been worth the trip. They teach you everything about the whales they observe, and they also do everything in their power to make sure they do get you to see some wildlife. Also, the boat was comfortable, warm, had inside/outside options, and bathrooms. This tour is beginner friendly and very safe. They also sold adorable stuffed animals and had the best free hot chocolate I've ever had! I did a massive Pacific Northwest tour and this was my favorite part of the whole trip. :)

Very knowledgeable crew. Saw a humpback whale and an orca. Nice boat. I would recommend this tour. Also saw a couple of bald eagles and some cute sea lions not to mention beautiful scenery.

Wilma and crew were great. We saw orcas and eagles and the weather was perfect. The ship was clean and large enough to accommodate everyone. Would highly recommend this trip if you’re ever in Vancouver.

Had a wonderful excursion and we saw humpback whales, seals, sea lions and bald eagles. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vancouver that enjoys marine life!

the knowledgeable tour guides , enthusiastic and informative, but also prioritises the safety and well being of the marine life as wel as the tourists getting as close to them as is allowed. fabulous trip saw lots of whales and travelled quite a distance by boat. thank you Amanda Petra and crew
