During four hours you will have the chance to find out how the island was born. Discovering the genesis of the island exploring the interior of the island and the major volcanos full of wonderful landscapes, pure nature and unforgettable moments, Visit Algar do Carvão, known for being the only volcano that you can visit the insides of it. 1. An amazing lava tunel 20 minutes

2. Furnas do Enxofre Where you can actually see the steam of the volcano coming out of the ground 20 minutes

3. Algar do Carvao Where you have the opportunity to visit the inside of a volcano. 20 minutes

An incredible experience I highly recommend. Andre, our tour guide was very knowledgable and was careful to ensure our safety as we explored the caves.
