Overview

Our scenic journey is located mainly on Whale island and passes through 3 fjords, majestic high mountains and brings us to small colorful fishing villages where we experience spectacular views of white sand beaches and open sea. We schedule numerous stops in the most scenic places where we take pictures. Around the noon will follow a longer 45 minutes break near beautiful, long white beach. There we offer you a rest in our grill cabin while surrounding cozy camp fire. We will enjoy our small refreshments, hot drinks and share with you exciting local stories and beliefs. During our journey through Whale Island, we may spot reindeer, moose, sea and white-tailed eagles and hope to see orcas and humpback whales (between November – January).

    Lunch break on white sand beach under majestic mountains of Grøtfjord.

  • Ersfjordbotn

    One of the most beautiful fjords in whole Norway. About 10 kilometres long fjord with views of open sea and surronding mountains.

    20 minutes

    On the way through Kvaløya (Hvale island) we will have view of Håkøya island where German largest battleship Tirpitz was bombed and sank on November 12th. 1944.

Driving Fjord Tour

A fabulous day out with Andrei, a very knowledgeable guide, who took us to the beautiful fjords near Tromso. As the company we booked with did not have enough people, he put us on to Enjoy the Arctic company and this was a great arrangement. Great experience, we all had a great time seeing the fjords and beautiful beaches all around Tromso. The tour guide is very professional and informed and took very beautiful pictures of us.

Awesome Fjord Tour

Our tour was on the day of the shortest daytime, so we had to finish it with 4 hours. Although there were only two attendants ( my partner and I), the guide still did his professional job. He was so friendly. We were talking along the way. He answered me all the questions about Tromso and let me learn more rather than only the Fjord. He also took photos professionally. At the beginning, he gave us two options for the tour and we selected the one to the summer island. We stopped several times, roughly 5 spots and two Fjord, ending with a homemade lunch on the beach with the BLUE sky. We enjoyed our tours.
