From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making the journey as enjoyable as possible. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious, adding warmth to the chilly adventure. A special mention to our guide, Vera, who displayed immense patience and dedication, braving the cold to capture the best possible pictures for us. Her efforts made our trip even more memorable. The professionalism and hospitality of the entire team were truly commendable. I highly recommended this tour! Louis was our tour guide that day. He really enjoyed his job, he explained to us all about the auroras and makes us feel like a group of friends going for an advanture :D! At first we saw a tiny aurora so we changed locations like 2 times and finally some them in a full potential. It was amazing! This tour includes a really nice suit and boots which I think makes you to enjoy the experience even more, because it was windy that day. Also, the hot chocolate, cookies and warm meal was really good too. Thank you! :)
