This theater offers an easy and enjoyable way to view beautiful Japanese kimonos and traditional accessories through a show. You will also have the opportunity to see a lion dance and a samurai sword fight, which can only be seen at Japanese festivals and special events, right in front of you. You can also talk with the beautiful female dancers and cool Japanese male actors and take pictures with them before and after the performance. Itinerary

Arrive at Asakusa-Kaguwa, located in the Asakusa area, one of Tokyo's most popular tourist destinations. After enjoying a slice of traditional Japan in Asakusa, step inside the theater and pick up your included drink. Take in your stylish Japanese-style interior set to a red base color. Watch a spectacular show that mixes traditional culture and contemporary music, the only one of its kind in Asakusa. Get swept up in the ambiance as the show begins and the music swells. Get the chance to meet and take photos with the performers before and after the show. Simple meals are also available separately in the restaurant. (pasta, pizza, fried chicken, snacks, etc.) You can enjoy the performance with your family and children. Fun experience! The dancing, the story, the customs, fabulous! We also got to try kimonos and had our photos taken. Received a gift as we were leaving.

This was a unique and memorable experience. The dancers were amazing. The entire staff were welcoming and kind. You even get to take pictures with the staff! Highly recommend.

This show was fantastic. I have visited Tokyo before and went to the Robot Restaurant so when I saw this, I didn't know what to expect but I thought it may be like that. It was definitely not like that! The show blends dancing and superb acting to tell different stories within the run time. There's no words spoken but there aren't any needed. I had to struggle to keep from crying during one of the stories (no spoilers!) The cast also makes you feel welcome when you're there before the show and allows you to take free pictures with them afterwards. Overall, fantastic evening and I would definitely recommend!
