Just about the right amount of talking from the guide with a mixture of history and anecdotes. Tour covered a nice selection of areas including the main temple and shrine.

I joined the walking tour on 20 November, led by Daniel. It was a fantastic tour, Daniel is friendly and very knowledgable. He covered the history and current news of the attractions in an interesting and engaging manner that made easy to remember. The tour covered the main spots and made Asakusa one of the top favourite area for me.

Informative and fun walking tour! Great way to start your journey in Tokyo!

The tour was a fantastic glimpse into the history of the area! Our guide Loc made the story come to life. Although the sites would have been beautiful alone, there is nothing better than truly understanding what you are looking at!

Asukusa walking tour

Published on Nov, 2024

Miyu was a great tour guide of the temple and history if surrounding area. Be prepared to walk for entire 2 hours. No time for eating, but once finished can go back to try different spots. Was a little difficult to find meeting spot but asked around finally someone told me. There were other free walking tour options in the area, but nor sure if small groups or if really free.
