Your day will start with a mesmerizing sunrise at Pico do Arieiro, the third highest peak on the island. As you witness the sky changing colors, you'll be treated to a delightful breakfast, fueling you for the day ahead.
After soaking in the beauty of the sunrise, you'll head towards the east side of the island and afterwards the west side of the island which will mean a full round trip to the island. See it all in one day

After soaking in the beauty of the sunrise, you’ll head towards the east side of the island to the Viewpoint of Guindaste in Santana. Here, you’ll experience the thrill of walking on a skywalk while taking in panoramic views of Madeira’s eastern tip.

You’ll have a 30-minute stop in Santana to admire the traditional thatched-roof houses, known as “Casas TĂpicas de Santana.” These unique triangular homes have become an iconic symbol of Madeira’s architectural heritage.

Nice overview of whole perimeter of island with sunrise and breakfast.

We had a great driver George was awesome. You start out with a trip to mountain about 6000 feet above sea level above the clouds and watch the sunrise. Only about 50f in June bring warm clothes. Then you come down have a great homemade breakfast and then ride around perimeter of island in van hit about 20 sights make 10 stops or so including lunch which you pay for. You see everything around the sea. The only other things to hit up on the island would be the sights in funchal city or if you wanted to do the inside of the island like on a jeep. We would recommend this.

Loved the Island tour. Nuno was an excellent guide.
Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so it was too cloudy for the sunrise.
Charismatic Mountain were very good and rebooked the sunrise part for a couple of days later.
