The experience was seamless. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and punctual! The van was comfortable. I would highly recommend for transporting groups.

The driver, Jacob, was at our hotel early, which was amazing! I accidentally left my phone on the van after he dropped us off at the airport. I was in frantic mode. He realized, and brought it back to the airport for us, which was absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

We highly recommend this service! We had a large group of 40 people that they were able to accommodate without any problems . Transportation was fast, clean and safe. Additionally , we ended up booking this same company for multiple transfers and a day trip. They were absolutely fantastic and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies.Jacob was very responsive via email and text and answered all of our questions . They arrived constantly on time or early and were easy to locate. The entire team was very gentle!

Our driver Jacob was great. He informed us when he arrived at the airport but unfortunately it took 2 hours to get through immigration. We kept in touch all the time and he was waiting patiently when we eventually got out of the airport. The drive to our hotel was very smooth as he knew the roads and avoided the pot holes.
We arrived at our hotel and we're the only ones checking in so was very quick.
Overall an excellent impression of Costa Rica aftera bad start going through immigration.
