Shared luxury transfer service from London or Heathrow hotels to Southampton cruise terminal. This service is available on all dates when Royal Caribbean, Oceania, NCL, Celebrity, Princess & Disney cruise ships are visiting Southampton. The service is also available to passengers on other ships if your arrival dates and arrival times coincide with ships listed. Please note you will need to make your own way from the ship we are servicing on that date.

Drop off is at Southampton Cruise Terminals. Upon arrival in Southampton you will walk straight to the check in desk where porters will take care of your luggage, ensuring it is delivered to your cabin.

Pickup Details

We collect from selected London city center and Heathrow Airport hotels. Your driver will collect you from your hotel reception between 09:45-10:45am. The exact time will be confirmed after booking.

At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: hotel name & ship name
On select dates, due to large events taking place in Central London we may not be able to offer certain drop offs. We will contact you when we receive your drop off location if this is the case.
Infant seats must be requested in advance
Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each).
If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship.
Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact the operator in advance and provide full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold. Wheelchairs must be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
