Discover the historic cities of Toledo and Segovia on a guided day tour from Madrid. Admire the imposing Alcazar of Segovia and the Cathedral of Toledo as you stroll through both cities learning about their fascinating history. Leave Madrid and travel first to the city of Segovia. See the Roman aqueduct, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marvel at this iconic 1st century monument, considered the most important example of Roman-era civil engineering in Spain. Visit the royal palace of the Alcazar of Segovia, built on a cliff at the confluence of 2 rivers near the Sierra de Guadarrama. Continue to the imperial city of Toledo. Once in Toledo, discover its medieval neighborhoods and historical monuments during a walking tour and find out why it is known as the City of Three Cultures. Depending on the option chosen, finish with a guided tour of the interior of Toledo Cathedral. The tour will end with a return to the center of Madrid.

The bus was very...

The bus was very comfortable, and Rocio was a great guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had the best dry sense of humor. We had a very large tour group (although they were broken up in to groups once we got to the locations). However, the large groups made it very hard to find restrooms or food along the way. The lines were so long sometimes we weren't able to wait without risking missing the bus or the tour. It was still a great time as Rocio was so great!

I was skeptical cause I’ve heard mixed opinions about guided tours in general but I’m glad I went with it, our tour guide (his name might be Benny but I’ve forgotten) was so informative and made it fun, I highly recommend.

Amanda was our guide and Santi was our driver. Santi was a very good & safe driver. The bus does not allow food/beverage so the bus was very clean. There are no bathrooms on the bus. Amanda was prompt, punctual & professional. She was very engaging and made the tour informative. It is a long day. 1.5 hrs to Segovia but because od the early start you got to see Segovia with the crowds. Toledo is 2 hrs from Segovia. Segovia is a charming, quaint town w/an old European feel. The aqueduct is amazing and worth seeing. The cathedral in Toldeo is beautiful & worth getting a ticket for the visit. Amanda provided alot of information that you would not get unless you had a guide. It was a great day trip and I would recommend the excursion

Overall great experience, enough time to walk important areas in Segovia and Toledo without being overwhelmed or repetitive. Our bus driver and guide Amanda were excellent at all times, answering questions and explaining facts both cities' history, legends, and facts. Time was enough to visit the main monuments and buildings and to do some walking and shopping. The meeting point was a little complicated at the beginning due to construction. The bus was comfortable food in both places was great.
