Outstanding and unique tour of Lucca

This is such a unique experience, we loved riding with Mario in the lead and Marika giving us information about Lucca. She was very accommodating when we were running behind from our tour in Pisa in the morning. She was also really engaging with our boys (9 and 12) and they had a wonderful time learning about Lucca, giving Mario carrots and watching him interact with the town. We had tried to do this tour once before last year, but had to cancel due to the weather so I have been looking forward to it and it did not disappoint!

A wonderful tour of Lucca! This was one of our favorite tours our whole trip. Mario’s was filled with wonderful stories of the history of Lucca. She is warm and engaging. The tour was so relaxing and enjoyable. Best tour in Lucca!

This is a brilliant way to see Lucca, Marika is an excellent guide and clearly passionate about her city. We stopped numerous times allowing Marika to take to explain the history, which also gives our friend Luigi the horse time to rest from the heat. Luigi seems to be a celebrity, with 100’s of people taking his picture. We couldn’t recommend this enough, really enjoyable, entertaining and informative. Thank you Marika and Luigi !

Great carriage ride through Lucca

I would highly recommend this carriage tour with Marika. She was an amazing guide and knows so much about her hometown of Lucca. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. It was a great way to see and learn about Lucca. Definitely book this!
