We planned a one day tour to Santorini from Athens. We came by the morning flight and returned by the last flight in the evening. Our guide Panagiota Fantopoulou was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and that we covered all the important landmarks of Santorini in the 8 hour trip. She was so good to our kids, by the end of the day they started calling her “aunt”. I would strongly recommend this tour and especially the guide Panagiota Fantopoulou

This was the best trip we've had so far!! Our guide, Panagiota, was so knowledgeable and personable! She timed our day perfectly, as we wanted to end it at the three bells watching the sunset. She was kind and informative, and we made a friend today! If you go to Santorini, we highly recommend that you go on this tour, and book Panagiota for any Santorini tour excursions! The most memorable part of our tour was our tour guide George! He made the tour amazing. He knew the secret spots for great photos! He was very knowledgeable about Santorini and it was great to be driven in his air conditioned van. Thank you George!

On 9-21-2024 our group of six from Minnesota took a 7-hour customized private tour of Santorini from Santorini Road Trips. Our extremely capable driver and guide was Michael. We could not be happier with our experience!! It far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I highly recommend Santorini Road Trips if you want a personalized tour of this beautiful island! One of our group members booked the tour with George at Santorini Road Trips. The two of them worked our our detailed itinerary by email beforehand. George responds to emails faster than most people respond to text messages! Michael was absolutely fantastic. We're so glad that we had an expert navigating the island for us, safely and efficiently in a comfortable van. We were able to see so much more of the island than if we were exploring on our own on foot, or joining a large cruise ship tour with dozens of people. Michael has a very engaging and fun personality, answering every question we had, making sure we were seeing everything that we wanted (and needed) to see. And because it was a very windy day, our scheduled wine-tasting from Venetsanos Winery was moved indoors. Michael made a change to our itinerary on-the-spot and booked a wine-tasting at the Santos Winery instead, allowing us to enjoy our wine-tasting outside enjoying the view of the sea while remaining sheltered from the wind. And how many tours end with a genuine, heartfelt goodbye hug offered by your driver?! This one did! Thank you Michael! Thank you Santorini Road Trips!

This was by far one of the best wine tasting tours we have done. We toured a total of 2 vineyards and the cave wine museum, sampling four local wines at each. Our tour guide Vasili was fantastic! Knowledgeable on the wines, personable, and easy to contact. Make sure not to eat too much before you go on this tour, as all the sites gave us food pairings with each wine (cheeses, bread, meats). The cave museum was amazing, lot of informative rich history to be explored. Argyros was equally good, giving a first hand look at the unique way the vines are grown to protect from the winds. The view from the Venetsanos Winery was incredible, highly recommend booking this tour for the sunset. Considering how expensive Santorini generally is, this tour is perfectly priced for the quality of wines that are sampled and the experience.
