Explore the entire island with a flexible 6-Hour private tour. Travel in the comfort of a deluxe and air-conditioned minivan with an experienced local driver/guide. Visit the most known and “do not miss” destinations in Santorini as well as non touristic sights. Later on the trip, relax and swim in the black sandy beach and optionally savor Greek recipes in a seaside restaurant. Breathtaking views as well as local wine & handmade Santorinian products will be available at the Monastery of Prophet Elias on the islands's highest peak. Departure time is flexible. The afternoon tour may include an amazing sunset experience from the village of Oia or a less touristic one from the lighthouse and the highest island's point.

Itinerary

Oia's Main Street

Embrace the best of Oia village. Unique in every way with iconic blue domed churches, scenic pathways, stunning views and the most spectacular sunset. One of the most photographed places in Greece, Oia is situated on the top of an impressive cliff and offers a spectacular view over the volcano and the Aegean sea. The village has several cultural attractions such as: The Maritime museum, the traces of a Venetian fortress and the Captains houses. You may as well explore the large shopping area and enjoy a drink in one of the several open-air cafes. The world famous sunset in Oia is available by choosing an afternoon departure.

Megalochori - Traditional Village

Stroll around the narrow paths of Megalochori traditional village. This settlement is made of hundreds of small white painted houses with exquisite architecture, tiny alleys, tower bells, beautiful blue domed chapels and underground cave houses. At this picturesque and non-touristic environment, you’ll truly be basking in the local culture and lifestyle.

Lighthouse

At the extreme Southwest part of Santorini visit the lighthouse. Built in 1892, it’s considered one of the most beautiful of the Cycladic Islands and a unique point to watch the sunset. Standing on the edge of a high cliff right above the sea, its position is ideal for taking panoramic pictures and admiring Santorini's famous Caldera from a different point of view.

Red Beach

See the Red beach, the most unique natural beach of the island, where red is the dominant color. Take amazing pictures of the enormous volcanic rocks and the steep hills that create a captivating wild scenary. This wonderful volcanic landscape will capture your complete attention.

Perissa Black Sand Beach

Head further to the southernmost point of Santorini and relax at Perissa - Perivolos Black Beach. It is the longest and most famous beach in Santorini and a unique sight of the volcanic island. Enjoy leisure time, swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea, take pictures on the black lava sand and optionally taste traditional dishes in a seaside tavern.

Monastery of Profitis Ilias

Head up to the Mountain of Prophet Elias and admire the most breathtaking view from the island's highest peak. From this vantage point, you will enjoy a striking view of the entire island. The Mountain's name is Profitis Ilias (Prophet Elias), coming from the Monastery with the same name on its peak, built in 1711. Whilst in this stunning and peaceful environment, you may as well taste wine and local products made by the monks, who reside at the monastery.

This charming village is surrounded by vineyards, blue domed churches, narrow cave houses with charming balconies and pebbled paths.
Santorini (Pass By)

I was able to contact them via email to book my private tour and to discuss all the details with them. They were super responsive and very quick to return communication. Our guide/driver Marios was punctual and very friendly. The van was brand new and very clean.
