Golf cart tour of Rome with Eduardo, and lunch at Michaela’s

We were picked up at our hotel in Rome by our guide Eduardo. He proved to be funny, knowledgeable, and so gracious to us. We had a blast with him. He drove safely through the streets in Rome, even little teeny alleyways where You never would go by walking or by bus. His knowledge of Rome was incredible, and he gave us facts and figures of everywhere we visited. He stopped anywhere we wanted so we could take pictures. He even took us for gelato. Then it was on to Michaela’s house for lunch. She put out a spread of Italian food that was so delicious. It was wonderful eating in a locals’ home and being welcomed with open arms. The entire experience proved to be one of the best excursions I have ever taken. I would recommend this tour highly, and please make sure you ask for Eduardo if you want to have a fun time.!

All enjoyed this tour, it was fun informative and extensive. Our guide could not have been better. It was amazing the number of sites and back street behind the scenes locations we were shown depicting the history and evolution of this grand historic city.

There is no better to see Rome! This is an expensive tour that was worth every penny! Achilles, our tour guide, was fantastic. A native of Rome who loves his city and knew so much about it. He was so friendly and personable. On top of the main sites of Rome, we saw so much we never would have found or known about. He customized the tour as well when we expressed interest in a few sites. This wound up being our favorite tour of the vacation. 100% a great tour!

An expensive tour worth every single penny! A fantastic way to see so much of Rome in comfort, alacrity, and with a guide to share the history. Achilles, our guide, is phenomenal! His positivity and love of the city utterly contagious. The depth of knowledge he has about each site was both impressive and fascinating. Even our four teenagers said this was their favorite part of the trip. We saw so many little streets, neighborhoods, and vistas we never would have found on our own. Trust me when I tell you this tour will be one of the highlights of your travels. A++
